The uFitIn movement's sole purpose is one thing and one thing only: to make a world where body image and the pressure to be absolutely perfect can be stripped bare and be seen for what it truly is:

You don't need to follow the latest diet trend or fitness routine. Here at uFitIn, we encourage taking small steps out of your comfort zone to avoid the unnecessary stress that is more than likely already prevalent in your day to day life.
Most recipes do not include more complex descriptions of food including but not limited to texture, smell, and temperature.
Unlike other fitness based programs, we aren't focused on "muscle maxxing", instead we're focused on building routine and confidence to even go to the gym or work out at home.
Keeping yourself accountable is hard for anyone, especially newcomers into the health scene. Using the uFitIn app, there will be numerous features to help you build that habit and keep yourself accountable even through those hard days. Taking things one day at a time and not trying to rush into new habits all at once is how you keep those new habits. Its a marathon, not a sprint :)
It's no secret that eating disorders are complex mental and in some cases physical disorders. On the uFitIn app, every feature is toggle-able. We worked on this with extra care in mind, knowing how triggers can set back progress and the headspace you can get in to when triggered. It's different for everyone and we wanted to keep that in mind throughout the development of the movement.
